PlotBox is proud to announce that it has been named one of the top 5 achievers on the UK’s Best Workplaces™ in Tech medium organizations list, launched this morning by Great Place to Work® UK - confirming that PlotBox recognises the importance of innovation and career growth for its employees.

This recognition is the latest in a line of accolades for PlotBox - having been recently been named one of the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Women, as well as one of the top ten UK's Best Workplaces™, having achieved its Great Place to Work® Certification™ for the third year running in December 2022.

Stephen Hardy, PlotBox CTO, said,

“We are delighted to have been named a 2023 UK’s Best Workplaces™ in Tech. Our passion for tech is realized through our amazing, customer-focused team who continue to find innovative and inspiring new ways to help our partners in the deathcare industry serve their families in the best way possible. This is for them.”

Now in its sixth year, the Best Workplaces in Tech™️ list celebrates companies adept at developing dynamic, collaborative cultures that serve as a catalyst for innovation and personal growth for all.

Great Place To Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index© employee survey and analyzed the responses of UK-based tech employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list.

The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfillment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.

Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organization was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® UK said:

“The Best Workplaces in Tech™️ list is created using the anonymous feedback collected from employees within the technology industry about their workplace experience. In one of the country’s fastest-growing industries, it’s fantastic to see these Tech organizations putting their people strategy at the heart of the business and implementing policies, practices and programmes that sustain an impactful and consistently great employee experience for all.  A huge congratulations to PlotBox for making one of our most prestigious lists.”

Jane Askin, PlotBox Head of Culture and Talent, said,

“What an honor it is to be recognised as a top achiever on the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™️ list. This recognition is testament to the exceptional quality of our people, who bring not only their skills but also their passion and dedication to work each day.
