PlotBox recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ 2025

Ballymena, 25th September 2025: The 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ list was launched this morning by Great Place To Work® UK, recognising PlotBox among the list of organisations in the small & medium category for the fifth year running. 

PlotBox are currently celebrating ten years in business, and in recent times have attained numerous accolades, including recognition as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™, as well as rankings among the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women, and Development and Wellbeing.

They have also been named as one of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, Ireland.

Great Place To Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index™ employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based tech employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list.

Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Analysis of the sector employee survey responses found:

84% of employees at the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ say, “I want to work here for a long time”, compared to 67% at a typical company in this sector.

And at PlotBox - 85% of employees say its a great place to work, compared to 54% of employees at a typical UK-based company.
