Sean McAllister, CEO & Co-founder

Sean McAllister, a Construction Engineering and Management graduate and member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, has established a pioneering surveying business using advanced technology. His work in enhancing speed, accuracy, and efficiency is central to PlotBox's technology and approach.

Leona McAllister, CCO & Co-founder

Leona holds a Business Studies degree from The University of Ulster and has experience in auditing and governance. She is a strong strategic thinker who mitigates risk and embraces change in the industry, ensuring a safe and prosperous future.

Mark Nolan, CFO

Mark Nolan, a Chartered Accountant, oversees finance, accounting, legal services, and People at PlotBox, bringing over 15 years of experience in finance roles across technology, retail, and banking sectors.

Asim Mirza, Executive VP of Operations

Asim Mirza, an MBA graduate, has over 20 years of experience in Customer Management and Operations across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. He led Vodafone Qatar's Customer Operations, earning market awards, and later transformed client services for the Qatar Government's financial center, setting a benchmark in the Freezone sector.

Stephen Hardy, Chief Technical Officer

Stephen, with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science, leads PlotBox's Technology team, bringing over 15 years of experience from London's financial sector. At Lloyds, he specialized in system migrations and integrations, and significantly contributed to expanding the Retail Bank Branch Application platform.

Jane Askin, Head of Culture & Talent

Jane, a law graduate from Queen’s University Belfast, has 15 years of experience in HR and development within the IT sector. She is an executive coach and a member of the Association for Coaching and CIPD. At PlotBox, she works with leadership to create strategies for employee attraction, retention, and development.

Neil Sherrin, VP Sales, North America

Neil, with a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Business Studies, has led international Sales/Marketing teams and speaks at global death care conferences, aiding North American operators in addressing challenges and fostering growth.

Martin Jackson, General Manager, APAC

Martin Jackson, GM APAC, has a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University and over 25 years of experience in ICT. He is skilled in creating transformative services that align with business goals and leverage disruptive technologies.

Stephen McMullan, Head of Delivery

Stephen McMullan, with over 25 years of experience in software solutions and a Computer Science degree from the University of Ulster, excels in enhancing SaaS implementation strategies and developing tools for efficient deployments.
