Sean McAllister, CEO & Co-founder
Sean, a graduate in Construction Engineering and Management from Ulster University and a Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, has built a leading edge surveying business utilising the latest drone, software, and camera technology. He is highly regarded in the industry for his contributions to speed, accuracy, ease of use, and greater efficiency, which forms the foundation of PlotBox’s approach and technology.
Mark Nolan, CFO
Mark, a Chartered Accountant, holds an Honours BA in Accounting & Finance from Dublin City University and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He is responsible for finance, accounting operations, legal services, and People at PlotBox, with over 15 years of experience in various finance roles with international technology companies, retail, and corporate banking.
Asim Mirza, Executive VP of Operations
Asim Mirza, an MBA graduate from Manchester Business School, has over 20 years of experience in Customer Management, Operations, and Business Transformation in the UK, Europe, and Middle East. He previously led Vodafone Qatar's Customer Operations function for 2 years, earning awards for best in the market. Asim then moved to work for the Qatar Government in their financial center, where he led the transformation of their client services proposition, achieving strong market recognition as the benchmark for service delivery in the Freezone sector in Qatar.
Stephen Hardy, Chief Technical Officer
Stephen, with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science, currently leads PlotBox's Technology team. Prior to joining PlotBox, he gained over 15 years of experience in London's financial sector at global banks like Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, and Royal Bank of Scotland. During his time at Lloyds, Stephen developed expertise in complex system migrations and integrations, particularly during a period of Merger & Acquisitions led growth. He also played a key role in expanding the Retail Bank Branch Application platform to support a vast customer base of over 30 million and 20,000 branch locations.
Jane Askin, Head of Culture & Talent
Jane graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a law degree and has 15 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, and Organisational Development, primarily in the high-growth IT Sector. She holds a diploma in Executive coaching from AoEC and is a member of the Association for Coaching, as well as a chartered member of the CIPD. As Head of Culture and Talent at PlotBox, Jane collaborates with leadership and management teams to establish and implement an organisational model for attracting, retaining, and developing employees.
Neil Sherrin, VP Sales, North America
Neil holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Business Studies and has successfully built and led Sales/Marketing teams and strategies for diverse international markets. He is a regular speaker at death care conferences worldwide, where he helps connect North American death care operators to solutions for operational challenges, risk management, and growth.
Martin Jackson, General Manager, APAC
Martin Jackson, GM APAC, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University in Australia with over 25 years’ experience in the Information Communication and Technology industry. As a senior technology executive, he excels in designing and implementing transformative services that drive business success by aligning with organizational objectives and exploiting disruptive technologies.
Stephen McMullan, Head of Delivery
Stephen McMullan, a seasoned professional with over 25+ years of experience managing global teams and clients in delivering software solutions, is a graduate of the University of Ulster in Computer Science. He is fully experienced and successful in developing and improving implementation strategy for SaaS offerings, supporting the development of tools, templates, and toolkits to ensure efficient and cost-effective deployments.
