Earlier this year, we achieved our Great Place to Work® Certification™ for the third year running, having secured a place in the top 10 UK’s Best Workplaces™ in Tech Medium Organisations list prior to that, as well as being recognised as one of the 2022 UK’s Best Workplaces™ For Women and for Wellbeing.
Great Place to Work® performed rigorous evaluations of hundreds of employee survey responses alongside Culture Audit™ submissions from leaders at each company to create the 2023 UK's Best Workplaces™ list. They then used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies' employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience.
Those businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation earn recognition as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™.
