The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) develops globally recognized standards that define what ‘great looks like’, setting benchmarks that ensure reliability, build trust and simplify choices for consumers.
To achieve certification, we work with BM Trada, a UKAS accredited ISO certification body, who carry out independent inspection, training and technical services.
ISO9001:2015
The ISO 9001:2015 standard is the most widely used quality management standard in the world, helping organizations to improve their performance, meet customer expectations and demonstrate their commitment to quality.
In order to attain the ISO 9001:2015 certification a company must:
- Establish a quality management system (QMS) that complies with ISO 9001
- Ensure the QMS is functional and compliant through internal audits
- Undergo a certification audit by an external registrar
- Apply to an accredited ISO certification body
