PlotBox Awarded 2023 Great Place To Work Certification

PlotBox receives Great Place To Work® recognition for fourth consecutive year, affirming its commitment to employee satisfaction.

Tues Dec 19th 2023 — PlotBox is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the fourth year in a row.

The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at PlotBox. This year, across all statements in the survey - which include pride, team, camaraderie and community - we averaged 90%. Having seen significant headcount growth over the past 12 months, an amazing 97% of employees said that when joining the company, they were made to feel welcome.

This recognition is the latest in a line of accolades for PlotBox - having been recently been named one of the top 5 achievers on the UK’s Best Workplaces™ in Tech medium organisations list, one of the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Women, as well as one of the top ten UK's Best Workplaces™.

“We are delighted to be Great Place To Work-Certified™ for the fourth year running, as we consider employee experience a top priority every day,” said PlotBox CEO Sean McAllister.

“We owe our continued success to our team of dedicated employees at PlotBox. On behalf of Leona and myself, thank you for this incredible recognition.”

Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

"Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience," says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work.

She emphasises that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that PlotBox stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees."

PlotBox Head of Culture and Talent, Jane Askin said, “Our commitment to creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture has been further underlined by this fantastic achievement. Our colleagues guide our direction of travel and their commitment and satisfaction are integral to our success. This is another brilliant step forward but we’ll never stop listening and responding to feedback.  That's what this process is all about.”

According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
